• Show up on time, open, and ready to receive

The Mystic Lounge is a sanctuary of compassion and acceptance. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Bookings and Energy Exchange (Payments)

Sessions and workshops can be booked through our website or approved channels. Payment is due at the time of booking to hold your sacred space. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens, and we understand:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as we honor the time and preparation of our practitioners.

• Some special events may have their own policies, which will be shared at registration.
